You always had what it takes. What was missing was the map.

Shaped to your location, the time you have, your skill level and your budget. Built to catch you up, then get you ahead of the game.

Your sentence comes with you: the first screen after you sign up is your write-up, already started. No card needed.

How it works

Six steps, tailored to you.

Two guides walk them with you: Nuro, your coach, and Billie, your IP architect. Each step shows only what you need right then, built from the time, budget, resources and location you have, with plain words for every term as you reach it. The patent and startup world was built for people with a legal budget, a network and a hub-city address. The map starts from where you are instead.

Step 1

Your idea

In your own words, saved with today's date. Nuro asks about your time, your budget, your resources and your location, and builds the plan from those.

Step 2

See what already exists

The closest patents and papers from around the world, each with a link and a plain reading of what it means for you. Close matches are normal.

Step 3

Your full write-up with the IP architect

Billie helps you write your invention down properly and explains each term when you reach it, at your level. The record grows as you build.

Step 4

How it stacks up

A look at how much work and dedication it will take to make this happen, given your specific strengths and constraints, plus a first look at patents close to what you plan to make, and a trade-secret read.

Step 5

Get ready to file, or keep building, protected

Two equal moves. Keep building with a dated write-up, a disclosure log and the IP Monitor behind you. Or get ready to file, with the steps and fees for your country: on your own, with a clinic, or with a lawyer.

Step 6

Stay current

Nuro's portal keeps your plan moving: grants matched to where you are, prototyping and pitch coaching, partners and funders, tasks and key dates. New patents and companies in your space, checked every month.

What you leave with

Six finished pieces, yours

  • Your write-up, dated and in your own words.
  • The prior art, with a trade-secret read.
  • A feasibility read.
  • A freedom-to-operate memo.
  • A refined invention disclosure.
  • The IP Monitor, with the companies in your space (Forge and up).

After the Workshop

Two tools that keep working for you.

Your invention doesn't stop at a write-up. The IP Monitor checks your space every month, and the grant tools find money for what you're building.

IP Monitor

A watch on new patents, papers and companies in your space.

Big companies pay for patent-watch services. Here it's built in. Once your invention is written down, the IP Monitor checks newly published patents and research papers against its key features every month, and tracks the companies behind the patents near you. New ones are flagged in your monthly email.

  • Billie reads every match and tells you if it's clear, worth watching or worth a look, with a next step.
  • Track or dismiss each match, and see which features of your invention have close patents.
  • A match worth a look is noted in your invention's record. Have a pending US application? You get a reminder to tell the patent office about it.
  • One email on the 1st of each month with your new matches.

Included with Forge and up.

Grants

Find grants, track them and draft them.

Money that doesn't cost you equity, matched to your invention.

  • Grant matching. Open US federal grants from Grants.gov, including SBIR and STTR calls, matched to your invention and sorted by deadline. Outside the US, the national programs for your country, named with links.
  • Worth your time? Nuro gives you a plain read on each match.
  • Grant tracker. Mark each one drafting, submitted, shortlisted, funded and more, with every deadline counting down.
  • Grant drafter. It reads the real call and helps you draft your sections from what you've already built: summary, problem, innovation, approach, impact, team, a budget outline and fit to the call. Anything missing is marked for you to fill in.

Grant matching, the tracker and the drafter come with every paid plan. Forge and up also get new grant leads in the monthly email.

Trust

How we're different.

A map is only worth following if you can trust who drew it. People with ideas get targeted by invention-promotion scams. Here is what we do instead.

You own your invention

NeuralClaim takes no share of your invention or your royalties, and we never claim to be its inventor.

The full price, up front

Every plan and price is on one page. No evaluation fee, ever, and no sales pitch about your idea's market value.

We teach. You decide.

Nuro and Billie explain the process and prepare your record. Whether and how you file is your call: on your own, with a free clinic or pro bono program, or with a patent professional if you want one.

Private to your project

Other users never see your project unless you invite them. Your ideas are never used to train AI.

Questions

What people ask us.

What does NeuralClaim do?

NeuralClaim gives you a map: a plan shaped to your time, budget, resources and location, coaching that teaches the jargon as you build, a dated record of your invention with the closest patents and papers, and, when it is time, a packet you can file yourself or hand to a lawyer.

Can NeuralClaim file a patent for me?

No. You decide whether and how to file. NeuralClaim gets your paperwork ready. You can file a provisional application yourself with the US Patent and Trademark Office, or give the packet to a lawyer.

Is my idea safe here?

Yes. Your project is private. Other users never see it unless you invite them. We never use your ideas to train AI, and the AI companies we work with are bound by contract not to either. We don't claim any ownership of your invention, and we will never file a patent on it or sell it.

Do I need to know about patents first?

No. Nuro and Billie explain each word when you reach it, at your level. You answer in your own words.

What if I don't have an idea yet?

Use the Invention Generator. Describe a problem, a place or a group of people you care about, and it suggests invention ideas. Each idea comes with the closest patents and papers.

What does it cost?

You can start free. Spark is $15 a month, Forge is $89 a month, and Self-Starter is $799 per venture every 6 months. You can cancel any time in the app.

What if I can't afford a plan?

Apply for a scholarship or a subsidy. Create a free account, then tell us your situation and what you want to build. A few sentences is plenty. We read every application ourselves.

You don't need permission to start.

Just an idea, and a map to follow.
