How we're different
A map is only worth following if you can trust who drew it. People with ideas get targeted by invention-promotion scams. Here is exactly how NeuralClaim works, so you can check us against the warning signs.
Our commitments
You own your invention
We never claim to be its inventor. NeuralClaim takes no ownership of your invention and no share of your royalties. We will never file a patent on your idea or sell it.
The full price, up front
Every plan, price and renewal is on one page. Cancelling is done in the app, as easily as signing up.
No idea ratings for sale
We never rate your idea's market value. We never charge an evaluation fee. We don't market or sell inventions, and we never promise deals, sales or royalties.
We teach. You decide.
Nuro and Billie explain how the process works, in plain words, and prepare your record. NeuralClaim is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Whether and how you file is your call: on your own, with a free clinic or pro bono program, or with a patent professional if you want one.
Private to your project
Other users never see your project unless you invite them. We never use your ideas to train AI, and the AI companies we work with are bound by contract not to train on them either.

What we will never do
- Charge you to "evaluate" your idea.
- Tell you your idea will make money, or that a patent will be granted.
- Take a share of your invention or your royalties.
- File a patent on your idea, or sell it.
- Show you a fee for the first time at checkout.
- Make cancelling harder than signing up.
- Post fake reviews or made-up success stories.
- Rush you with a countdown or "only 3 seats left".

Your privacy, in plain words
- What we collect. Your name, email, time zone, and anything you choose to add to your profile. When you sign up, we record the date, your IP address and your browser, to show that you agreed to our terms.
- Payments. Our payment processor holds your card details. We never see them.
- AI. To write and search, the app sends your text to AI providers under contract with us. We don't store your work with them, and they are bound by contract not to train on it.
- This website. No ad trackers and no outside analytics. We count button clicks as daily totals, with no name, ID or cookie. If you're logged in to the app, this site sees one small cookie that says so, with no name or ID in it, so the header can show "Open my workspace".
- You're in control. You can delete your account yourself in Settings. It takes effect right away, and backups clear within 30 days.

Benefit corporation (converting)
NeuralClaim AI, Inc. is converting to a benefit corporation. That is a legal form that writes a public mission into the company's own rules. It is a different thing from B Corp certification.
We have asked our legal advisors to write these commitments into the company's rules.
- Your invention belongs to you, and we never claim to be its inventor.
- A free or low-cost route sits beside every place where a professional could help.
- Anything NeuralClaim publishes from its own research leaves out the details someone would need to copy an invention.
- Opportunities we pass along follow published rules.
- Mission spending is funded before any payout to owners.
- Top pay is capped as a multiple of the lowest-paid worker's pay.
You don't need permission to start.
